ABSTRACT
:
Conventional
loaders pose considerable problems, while being parked for
functional use, in terms of
requiring more traffic space than cities' busy business
districts can allow, often causing traffic jams
or leading to temporary road blocks in worse situations.
They work on skid-steering principle which
has several operational drawbacks - high wear and tear on
tyres, wasteful fuel consumption and
damage to city roads. These drawbacks of the
skid-steering and those of the front and rear-steerings
are fully addressed to in this invention - HYDRAULIC
WHIRLING LOADER. Any four wheels of
the loader in diagonally opposite 2 pairs are hydraulically
fully opened up such that the centers of
the diagonally opposite wheels in 2 pairs from the
near-perfect circle, whose center is the point of
intersection of the pair of central axes formed by
connecting the centers of 4 wheels selected in
2 pairs of diagonally opposite configuration. The
loader whirls around its central axis in near-perfect
position to facilitate alignment of the loader's loading
area with the work station. The economic benefits
of the HYDRAULIC LOADER are longer tyre life, reduced road
maintenance, saving in fuel
consumption, easy accessibility to work-stations in
cramped environment & easy maneuverability.

ABSTRACT
:
1. This is the
only mechanism at present which can clean / excavate
road-side drains / jobs.
2. The laterally sliding box can be fitted on any base
mechanism like special purpose machine,
jeep, tractor or any thing else.
3. The sliding action is the one which differentiates our
arrangement from all others.
4. It has been first fitted & tried on 1994. Ever since
it has been mounted on our dumpers /
Mahindra Jeep etc. & proved to be
very effective.

EXCAVATOR
POWERED ENGINELESS TRUCK / TRAILER
ABSTRACT :
The conventional
transportation of excavator suffers from either poor
mobility within large project site
with low excavator speeds of 4 kms / hour or from
having to engage a standby truck / trailer that
idles most of the time when excavator is on active
duty. Alternately, arranging a truck / trailer,
when excavator is taken off from active duty, is not a too
attractive proposition, considering the fact
that truck / trailer for transporting required excavator is
not necessarily available ditto on time.
The Excavator Powered Engineless Truck" surmounts these
difficulties & inherent drawback of low
speeds by eliminating the truck / trailer engine, replacing
it with a suitably rated hydraulic motor,
installing on the excavator a 'change-over switch' to
control the added operation of excavator driving
"engineless" truck / trailer on highways or on
paved internal project site roads. On operator pushing
knob to 'Truck-run' position, the excavator oil pump instead
pumps oil to hydraulic motor of truck /
trailer that is connected to its clutch & / or gearbox.
The truck / trailer starts moving at speed that
is largely determined by rating of truck / trailer hydraulic
motor. The economic benefits of
the excavator-powered engineless truck / trailer are
impressive
